The apartment complex is pretty good. The staff in the office is nice. Things also get fixed relatively quickly. The furniture is nice, it is clean, and it is very safe. Being on the bus route was nice, and the fact that all utilities (minus electricity) were covered.

The only real problem is the visitor parking. they are the TOWING NAZIS. Do not break parking policy, you will get towed. Even when it is not busy at all. There is not enough visitor parking at all, so you may have to pick up your guest or park across the road.

Also my apartment was still dirty when I moved in. The guys who lived there before didn't clean the cabinets and there was a mysterious white stain on the couch.
