These apartments have done nothing but screw me over since i moved in. I dont know if its the new management or what, but i cant stand the people in the office. They're horrible. They have not been welcoming since the day I moved in. I lived in Campus Lodge/Reveille Ranch before moving in here, and i wish i could move back. Aggie Station made our rent due on the first of August when we didnt even move in til the 11th. We were never told this or got any notice in the mail. so when we moved in on the 11th, we were made to pay like a $43 late fee. it was ridiculous, because they had made no attempt to let us know around the due date time. horrible welcoming to a new apartment complex. on top of that, our apartment was not freshly painted so theres marks and stuff on them. the high intensity light that goes over the dining room table has been burnt out since we moved in and they have yet to fix it. we put in that work order like a week and a half ago. the breaker box door doesnt shut and that work order was put in at the same time. Also, when I was shown the complex and signed my lease at the end of last school year, I was told everything about the tanning beds were provided and free. I just went in to try to tan for the first time and they were trying to make me pay for protective eye wear. I'm so fed up with this complex and i've only lived here for 2 weeks. I do not recommend living here at all. Try Reveille Ranch. I loved it there.

You didn't read your lease when you signed it, did you? Except by special agreement, since when are rents ever due anytime anywhere other than the 1st of the month? What a twit!
