I was given a 'mock' tour of what Aggie Station's apt looked like. Based on the tour it looked great! It was a liitle more that what I wanted to pay, but in the end decided to more here. I moved in and was a little disappointed at the site of my apt. The furniture isn't anything like the 'mock' there were some minor damages to my apt that STILL haven't been fixed. Outside my apt, someone's door was egged and it took weeks for some of it to be cleaned- there is still evidence of the egg.. I have had a few problem with water bugs, crickets, and did have a lizard in my bedroom once. I don't know if that's anything to be concerned about, but I wasn't too happy about the lizard... However, the extras- pool, workout facilities are all really NICE!! I do like have a washer/ dryer IN my apt and the fact it is furnished. I just with they would put a little extra money into the apt to make it worth it. I haven't had any problems with my roommate or noise or breakins so I guess it's pretty safe.
