Years at this apartment: 2006-01-01 - 2007-01-01
I moved out of Aggie Station almost a year ago & I can't say that I miss it one bit.
When I lived there the girls that lived above me had a fire in their apartment which pretty much flooded my apartment below from the fire fighters putting out the flames.
For two weeks or so I had a huge fan blowing constantly in my apartment & that was about all that management did for us.
It was really inconvient because our A/C was working properly half of the time.
Then I had a new set of roommates move in & one girl snuck a dog in that she let run around the apartment freely all day while she was at work & we were in class.
The dog peed and pooped everywhere in the apartment & chewed up everyone's stuff.
True, that is not Aggie Station's fault, but they tried to stick us all with a pet fine because they couldn't figure out whose dog it was.
They were kind enough to replace the carpet, but only after many attempts of my other roommate & I calling the office to see when it was going to be done.
At one time I had a leak under my sink & had to put a work order in twice (the first one was never taken care of after 2 or 3 weeks).
I also lived next door to one of the gils in the office, who was probably the rudest person I've ever met.
One time when my friends & I were joking & running around she came outside yelling at us & told us that she was going to fine us if we didn't clean up & shut up.
I can understand that she was trying to study, but she had no right to threaten to fine us for anything, plus that's not even her job to do.
Plus, during the entire time of me living there- which was only a year & a half- management changed twice.
So, take this review however you want, but I would much rather spend my money elsewhere & I am.
