I had friends who lived here and the only problem I forsaw was parking.
Due to assigned parking spots, they tow religiously. I understand it was necessary due to Blinn students, but they are nazis about it.
There is limited visitor parking and often people who live in the apartments close to it take them up! You can't get a visitor pass, 1. I don't even know if it is offered, and 2. after the office closes (when you are most likely to visit someone, after 5) you're screwed anyways. They tow to the furthest place possible, which wastes your money and gas just to get you vehicle out.
I also know they towed a friend's car because his parking pass (he lived there) had been expired for less than one day. He had worked days, so stopping by during hours they were open had not been possible. Geez! Insane!
I looked into these apartments despite parking when finding my own place, but really, unless you have mommy and daddy's money-- there is no point.I'll admit they are very roomy and nice, but still. We are college kids!

The complex allows pets ($300/animal) but they don't have any policy towards them "relieving themselves" on the grounds.. therefore it smells terrible & you ALWAYS have to watch where you step. Also, I think they need to turn some of their attention, which is so highly directed towards the parking, to things such as noise & appearance. The complex is becoming pretty run down.
