I have been living here at Balcones for more than 6 months and until now there is no major problem with anything. Once, I got a problem with the air conditioning system but it was fixed almost immediately. It was funny because the repairman said to me that the unit was kind of old and likely very difficult to find the spare parts but anyway, they did find the spare parts and they solved my problem. So, they were very efficient! Finally, the real estate agency personnel is pretty straightforward and there is no way anybody would feel mistreated.
