Absolutely horrible place to live
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 1/4/2005
Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
I lived here in late 1999 through 2000 with my wife and child. I had just gotten out of the military and we were just starting to get off and running financially and family-wise.
The management came up to give us a flyer and as the older woman and slightly OLDER woman walked off, they made jokes about our furniture (we didn't have much and had just started out) right in our EAR SHOT. I walked down the stairs and said "Excuse me'" And the OLDER woman says, "Um, nothing...nice couch."
That's just a beginning at how unprofessional these people are. They treated our minority neighbor like a dog and maintenance NEVER appeared when you needed them. The carpet in these apartments looked like it was from 1972.
Not to mention that you are living right nex t a junior college with a bunch of kids partying all night and day (many visits from the cops), but that was our fault for moving there.
This place should be torn down and rebuilt - and the managment needs to realize that most of us do a lot more important jobs than apt management.
Forget about being able to park in front of your own apartment - do yourself a favor and move into College Station.
