this complex is DISGUSTING!! There is always food and trash all over the ground people stand outside your door and holler and make noise.
There is nothing but trash here gangs and drugs galore! you get scared stepping out to smoke.
My friend lives here and is counting down till the lease is over the ac unit flooded the 2nd bdrm closet...its been a week and still noone has shown up.
Its starting to mildew and smells pretty bad.
They had to switch units mid lease because their old apt flooded! overall dont live here just stay away

This complex is owned by well known local slumlord Dr. Fercan Kalkan. He also owns all those nasty rentals in the Crystal Brook area.
