Although the numbers might not add up to show it, this complex really isn't too bad. The buildings are old--built in the 70's I think, but the cost is reasonable and the management/maintenance crew are very nice. Maintenance is VERY responsive and friendly. Parking is ample and while not the most secure complex (i.e. no gates), it is VERY convenient to campus. Sometimes electric can run high in summer because of not-so-good insulation, but rent is very reasonable and doesn't get raised too much from year to year. Lots of room in the apartment with all appliances working fine. If you stay for more than one year, you get a list of options that the management will make to improve your apartment. Also, you will get a birthday bag/card from management on your birthday plus updates through a monthly newsletter. Lease options are available so you can go for a 9-month or a 12-month lease. One of the best parts is that CMA is close to Thai Taste...a YUMMY restaurant right across the street. Also, a laundromat is right across the street so even when the apartment complex laudry is full, you can go over there. The pool is nice and usually not too crowded in the summer. If you are looking for a nice apartment for a reasonable price, close to campus, this isn't a bad place at all and the management is great. (The rent amount I have listed is for a TOWNHOUSE STYLE apartment...it is cheaper for other floorplans.)
