I lived here 3.5 years and enjoyed the time there. Each apartment features cross-ventilation so on those nice Spring or Fall days you can have a breeze flowing through your apartment with the wonderful smell of Thai food wafting in. The location to campus can't be beat. Its less than a mile to any part of campus and College Main Rd. has a nice bike lane. The parking was upgraded in 1997 to a nice cement lot. 9 month leases with summer storage is a great option. We were able to get summer storage for $50 a month. Plus, if you renew your lease you can get upgrades to your aparmtnet or work a deal with them. We got Fuddruckers gift certificates. Lots of good memories. Thanks Felix and Rachel.
