The best part about this apt is the management. They are awesome. The apt themselves are worn down, don't have great AC circulation, but when the weather is nice there is a great cross wind. We had a small problem with pests, sugar ants, nothing major. The surrounding area isn't fabulous but the location is close to campus and there is a bus stop right out front of the complex.
