Our stay at college Main was horrible! First of all, we didn't get to move in until ONE DAY BEFORE SCHOOL because they weren't finished fixiing it. To top it off, by the time we moved in, there were certian things about our apartment that was STILL not fixed, for example, our bathroom and the floors. Apprently they had just put in new tiles and the paste they used to to do the new tiles were all over our floor. They never cleaned it....the manager RACHEL promised she would get someone to go to our apartment to clean it but that never happened. I desperately tried to clean it but it was impossible to clean. (By the way, when we left our 9 month lease...the floors were still stained...)

ALso, the maintenence man stole from us and to top that off, our apartment was never completed ( Come on, they had 9 months...) Mangament was NOT prompt. We were promised they would get our apartment fixed and it just never happened. Also, another portion of our deposit money was subtracted for the bathroom because they "claimed" that we moved the towel rack...when it was the maintenence man who moved the towel rack and never finished. Not only that but we lost at least $400 from this maintenece man who prowled through our rooms in search of money or anything else he could find that served him best. When we reported this to managment, they ACTED really concerned and said they would call us back in one week and to give us a update on the maintenence man and our personal belongings that we lost...but guess what''' They never called back!!! In fact, my roommate had to call them back to ask and they said they weren't sure...and that the police was invovled and all these other things but that was probably not true and they told us again they would contact us when they had everything settled oh which by the way they didn't! We should have gone directly to the police and handled it ourselves but we assumed that reporting it to managment and letting them handle it would be the best choice... OH BOY WERE WE WRONG!

One piece of advice, don't live at College Main!
