I have been living here for five years and am moving now to another city after I graduated. I have never regretted living here. During this time three managers were changed and all of them had different approaches to make this place look better. I never had problems with maintenance, either when Eugene worked or now with new guys, the office staff was always ready TO HELP, some of them liked to chat, some didn't, so many people perceive them rude, although they never intended to be impolite and were always eager to help.

On the other hand, the place has its downfalls since it is very old but for the price you are paying and so close to campus, you are getting a great deal. AC in my apartment was OK, but it did not help much when insulation was bad to average. The trees are not cut enough so they are on your way if you need to use the stairs. Those are my only complaints.

The pool is regularly cleaned, landscape is gorgeous if you rent the apartment in one of those buildings with the garden in between, there were no crimes committed in our neighborhood (north gate is far enough to keep the crowd and noise away), our cars weren't jacked since the parking is lighten, thus I can freely say that THIS WAS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE IN and I am sorry I am leaving College Main and Bryan/CS
