Never ever rent an apartment at this place, the office people there stole all my stuff when we gave them a notice of a sublease .. giving me a stupid reason that it was discarded... the valuable stuff in the suitcases was taken as it is all that was left behind was a bag full of documents which was not of their use and all other useless crap....

Why didn't you mention that what you describe did not happen recently? This is an old incident, and how does this one incident make this a "horrifying place"? Why don't you specify exactly what happened and what the situation was? Had you moved out and left the unit vacant? Was your notice in writing as the lease specified? Did the office approve of who was to sublet? What do you mean by "all" your stuff? What was this "valuable stuff"? The title of your post does not seem justified by one incident - how long did you live there? What good or bad experiences did you have there?
