The apartments are extremely cheap. When I moved in there was several problems: the bathroom floor was unfinished, the toilet was completely loose. They never fixed them, and it is going to be four years. The kitchen was dirty to the point that there was a mountain of old food besides the oven, despite the fact that it seemed they had painted the countertops and drawers. The staff people in the administration is very rude and not helpful at all. It makes you think more than twice about going to the administration to even ask a question. The floors are extremely squeaky, and you can hear the slightest steps and moves from your neighbours. I haven't moved due to the closeness to campus and the cheap rent, luckily I can move now.

After complaining, I was told that cleaning the apartment was resident's duty... > Squeaky floors? Jeez, the place is 30 or more years old! > There's no such thing as a soundproof apartment. I've been in other apartments. This one is extremely squeaky, a lot more than the regular floor.

Squeaky floors? Jeez, the place is 30 or more years old! There's no such thing as a soundproof apartment. No, I'm not staff. If I were, I would already know the answers to the questions and I wouldn't be posting. I am only a resident, though one who is starting to become dissatified with the management and their errors.
