Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
This place is ok for starving students. resonable rent, near Texas A& M.
But if something goes wrong, don't expect it will be fixed quickly.
Don't expect the building contructed well. You will get leaking roof easily, and it always takes MONTHES to repair.
Don't expect manager will treat you good after you moved in.
Don't expect this is a quiet place. The railroad is just few feet away. The neighborhood is noisy.
