This complex is near at the university.
but looks a little bit old.
But overall I like this apartment.
It's my third year to live here. And I recommanded a friend to live. She likes living here.

Previously the offece ladys, called Jakkie(') and Loli('), were NOT good. They were very poor at taking care of things.
But the menagement team has been changed, now the offece is VERY VERY nice. I love them.
I got some problems to fix in my apartmen like toilet handle breakage, A/C water, garbage disposer etc. I never problem to get things fixed. They repaired the day or the next day I asked.

And now they are developing the complex environment. First, they repaved the parking lot. The ample parking lots look clean and neat. Second, they installed bright light at the every parking lot which make the complex more safe.
Third, they've started caring the lawn in the complex.

However the complex is old and you can hear a train passing. Many stuff is wearing out. But never expect the palace with fancy bath rooms and wanna live like prince and princess with the rent money.

With the money, the place is very nice to live.
