I just moved out on December 31,2005. I had lived here since 2003. I have had a leak in my kitchen for 6 months. The new Manger Tony, has done nothing about it! She doesn't even come out of the back office ever. She lets some old lady do everything.
If the management company new what she was doing they would fire her on the spot. She sits in the back office and plays on the computer all day long, or that is when she shows up to work about 10:00. The maintenance man Sam, does nothing all day long either, he is so rude. He left a big mess in my apartment, after washing everything up with my towels. The old Manger was a lot better, we wish she had never left! The only thing they have done is fix the drive way.
