- Maintenance is bad. Had to repeatedly ask to fix the same thing. It seems they need 3 - 4 tries to get things right.
- Management (named TONI) very rude and unfriendly. I am surprised she still has a job. I can never find them. They are always out, not sure where. A hassle to deal with in general. Only nice at the beginning so you sign the lease.
- Pool rarely cleaned. Very dirty.
- Laundry machines on site rarely working. Many are broken.
- AC does not cool well in summer. Insulation not good.
- Lawn is not well maintained. Plenty of roaches.
- Rent not a great bargain and is going up 10% even though other apartment complexes are not elsewhere. My friend who also is renting at Country Place Apts and I found a better deal so we're both moving and not renewing the lease and we told all our friends not to try and live here. Not worth it.
