This is a nice community, specially for grad students since there is not much noice at all. Sometimes you can hear the neighbros upstairs loud music or walking at odd hours. Other than that is usually very quiet.

There is always plenty of parking, althought they dont offer covered parking.

The landscaping needs some work.

Havent had any safety issues, or problems with pests.

The main problems are that the walkways get flodded when it rains, so its difficult getting in and out of the apartment withouth getting your shoes completely wet and the laundry facilities are old and dont work very well, at times there are 2 to 3 machines not working.

One big plus is that is nearby Texas A&M University, the shuttle stop is within walking distance.
