Very quiet, i never had any problems with noise. Maintance is extremely fast. I had gap between my weather striping and the frame of my front door and chris came out within that day and built a custom wood slab to seal the gap, instead of half butting it was fixed right. Country place also has very friendly staff. Over all it was the perfect place for my first apartment, i recommend it to any one!
