I have lived alot of places in the Bryan/College Station area for the past 5 years and so far Country Place Apartments has been nothing but felt like home. Yes its a bit older but when i have a problem it gets fixed before i get back from school. The price is affordable and the staff is nothing but kind and respectful...it means alot to me to go into the office and them knowing me and greeting me by name and which apartment i live in. It makes me feel like they really do care. Wouldnt live any where else while attending college.

OMG. Staff of Country Place- get a life! Spend your time actually doing your job instead of replying to comments or posting them yourself. Have you ever considered that if you actually did a good job, your tenants themselves might write good reviews? Here are a few bullets of advice: 1. Be nice, even if the tenants aren't from the US. Smiling wouldn't hurt either 2. Stop smoking like a chimney IN FRONT of the ENTRANCE to the management office 3. Make sure the apartments are decent enough to live in. That means doing your job!
