Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
This place is old and in need of renovation. Garages leak, carpet smells of animals, getting anything repaired is a chore and no on site contact person. Because of all the leaks around the door, windows, and fireplace, it is hard to warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There are better places.
