	It is a quiet community, which is a rarity in Bryan because of all the college students around. Maintenance issues were normally addressed promptly. It´s not cheap, but was well worth the extra money.

	This is a great place to live in with no one to ever bother you, quiet and peaceful, excellent management staff. Great service and serenity !!
