Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
they did not stick to the lease at all. We moved in about 15th, August, and signed a lease for a year, but we got a notice in April that our lease will be expire by 31th, July. On the lease, it says after one year, lease could be renewed month to month, but when I called, they said NO, and so I asked the shortest term I could renew, theyanswered till Dec, I told them I could not decide right now, they said I could make a decision till 15th, May. But We went to their office and renewed the lease to Dec, that told me NO, it was late, so I argued with them: it was them to tell me the deadline, then they changed and answered: the manager doe snot agree to do so. It is
so bad.
If you do not mind living the whole year there, it is fine. But they are not nice at all.
