We live in the Bosque 4-plex's managed by On-Line Real Estate Services. I can honestly say that this is the worst place we have ever lived. The appliances are old and worn out. The bathtub has been painted... and it peels. The A/C breaks down every other month and the whole place is roach infested. Their so-called pest control is a joke. Their idea of a make-ready is an even bigger joke. It's just a disgusting place to live. You have to call Maintenance over and over just to get them to come out and when they do come out, they rig things instead of fixing them correctly. I cannot wait for our lease to come up so we can get out of this place.
