On June 29, 2008 we called to report water-logged carpet in our dining room. It had flooded about half the room and had ruined several of our personal belongings. We called emergency maintenance and had a pretty quick response, but he didn't do anything about the water. We were promised that he would return the next day with a shop vac, and at least get the majority of the water. We called about it for the next 4 days straight and got the run around, turns out that management dropped the ball and never called ANYONE to come out and vaccuum it. We finally demanded that some come out and turn our swamp back into carpet. On July 3rd we finally had a professional company come out and sucked the water out. We have been promised since then that we will have a professional mold test to check for mold. We were recently told that we wouldn't have a professional but the complex's maintanence man do a "do-it-yourself" mold check. It is now July 23, almost a month later and we still have not recieved a mold check of any kind, and are still getting the run around about questions of when we will get this mythical mold test. We have been totally screwed around on this and are EXTREMELY dissappointed. I strongly urge you to not rent from this place. The office looks great and very inviting, but this is totally uncalled for.
