I rented from this place and only lived there for 4 months. The previous review must have been the man that lived above us because we had water leaking from the apartment above into ours. It totaly ruined our carpet and most of my school books. The office staff is rude after sign the dotted line and the maintinance is shotty. The apartment was way too small for $650 a month. Its not worth the hassle.. oh and did I mention my friends where standing outside and heard gun shots' Yea just one building over there was a drug deal gone bad. Nice place my a$$!
