I have been a resident since 1999 & do not plan on moving. I love the fact that the managment is so "open-door" policy. I was actually concerned, at one point, about a rumored rent increase. Management took time to sit down with me & review my lease contract. To put my mind at ease, she even let me sign my renewal 5 months early to secure my same rate. My neighbor below me is a grad-student & they even opened up the computer lab in the middle of the night for her. Her theises was due the next day & her own computer wouldn't print. She paged management, and I believe Kelli came at 2 am to open the office for her to get her paper printed.
If you have any concerns, just call & talk to the girls in the office. You can feel the difference they answer the phone.
