Quail Hollow doesn't look like much, but I've loved my apartment; I live in the 1 BR/1 BA study, and it's a perfect size for one person. Plus, my cat loves the screened in balcony.
Staff has never been anything but nice to me, and maintenance has always been responsive. Some might be a little concerned about safety, the part of town doesn't look excellent, but I've personally never had any security problems. It's usually pretty quiet, parking is never a problem, and in general, if living alone and being left alone sounds appealing, this is a good place for you.
