Ags listen up, especially parents of incoming freshman. No matter what they tell you this is not the best place to live and you can do alot better. It is very expensive for the amount of space and the furnitue is nothing to go crazy over. Honestly there is not enough and is mostly uncomfortable. Most of the amenities are non existant like the car wash (or moose was as they would like to call it) still is nowhere to be found and they have been selling that for over a year. Move in was a nightmere and staff was horrible. Like to make up alot of excuses and hold you to your lease but never keep up their end. Did not have furniture for two months and should have move out when they were in breach of contract but got stuck living there for the full term. Most recently tried to tell me that I owed them rent for Augus first which would be 13 payments on a 12 month lease but finally convince them they were stupid and I was not going to give them any more money. They have also now painted visitor spots that have not eliviated the parking problem but only made it worse. Most of the original staff that was the worst has been fired but overall nothing good has come from the office still. The gated community also does no good because the guards go on breaks and just put the gate up during the night. What good does it do if someone can get in and out and any point of the evening without checking in. All the gates do is cause another nusience. To sum it up again, overpriced, rude staff, nusience, nothing special so you decide.
