The realization is that you need to make up your own mind. Most things on here are going to be negitave because normally reviews come out of needing some place to vent. After living in College Station for five years I have figured out that it is tough to live anywhere and you are always going to have some trouble. IT IS LIFE PEOPLE GET OVER IT. But, this is not one of the better places that I have lived. Yes it may be newer but that does not mean anything I have lived in some really nice old places, they were built better back then. It was not built very well and as other people have hinted it was built quick in the end because they were late. I was also told I could move in in the Middle of August but in reality was only given the apartment two days before class started. They really lied big time since the beginning. The staff is kind of rude but that goes on anywere it is a college town they take advantage. It is very loud at night and hard to sleep sometimes. The furniture is very uncomfortable and my friends in the four bedrooms complain because there is not enough seating for everyone and the table only seats two so you cant all eat at the same time. Overall I think you can do better but like I said look around and find the best fit for you. Gig em ags
