Ok, my roommate and I have spent the last 20 minutes reading these comments. Granted I don't think these people are lying, however it seems to me that some of these things are exagerated. Sure some of the people that lived here the first year have some complaints. Thats part of living in a new place. You have to work the bugs out. I moved in August of 2004 and I have no objections so far. Nice apartments, nice appliances, nice staff, and the community isn't too bad. Yea I admit it can be a little noisy on the weekends every now and than, but its tollerable, and it's gotten better over the last few weeks. Plus this is a college town, if you want peace and quiet, your at the wrong college. Here's my suggestion, Im not gonna rave about good the place is or how bad the place is. Yes they have one compacter, but considering the fact the dumpsters overflow and look like crap, im not going to complain too much about it. The place is fairly secure, alarm system, guard, double locks on apartment door, and on room door. Privacy is nice and so is the pool and gym. I work in retail and I know that in selling something, you've gotta see it yourself. So do that, before you base where you're gonna live on some reviews, come see for yourself. Talk to the people, the residents, and just take a walk around the place.
