I thought it would be nice to live here minus the no pet policy. BUT NO. I packed up and drove to college station three days after my appartment lease (that i had signed five months prior) move-in date, and the manager just gave me a blank stare and said "well the one bedroom's aren't going to be done for another week." I pay a ridiculous amount for a little bitty one bedroom (entirely unlike the show-appartment) with furniture that's already messed up and no utilities covered. The ONLY thing they pay for is the internet...which makes the price of rent that much more ridiculous. There's areas in my kitchen they never even finished building, like the empty spaces below the sink cabinets that are filled with ant killers showing that tenants have a HUGE problem with bugs because doors and windows aren't weather-striped. Not to mention, part of the renter's fee is maintainance. BUT THEY FINE THE ENTIRE BUILDING WHEN ONE PERSON HAS A PARTY AND LEAVES BEER CANS EVERYWHERE! LIKE I HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THAT! They'll illegally fine you for ANYTHING they don't want to deal with even if it's their responsibility, like when the newspaper boy leaves the newspaper in the wrong grassy area...you get fined for not picking it up, even if it's not your's or within your control. Plus, the security isn't worth anything because there's two entrances and they only guard one starting at like 11pm!! It's run by a bunch of kids younger than me. They have no idea what Texas State Tenant Laws are.

But if you like partying and not getting caught it's the place to be, because they never stop anyone. That way, they can fine you in the morning for trash that the staff won't get out of their golf carts long enough to pickup.
