I have lived here for 2 years; the first year was great this past year was horrible. Hard to throw parties, or just have a couple friends come over because, there is not enough visitor parking. They tow like crazy and for no reason, there are plenty of spots!!!! The incentive offered to resign with them was $100. I specifically asked the guy who resigned me if I would get the money, he said yes. I never received it, a couple weeks later I went to the office and they told me because I had signed a 9 month contract I would not receive the money. I then asked the guy why he told me I would get the money and he just said ??I don??t remember you,?? and that was just 2 weeks after I resigned. $100 is not much when rent is $559 for a 2 bedroom, but it is not good business to lie to a customer. It also cost $25 to forward mail over the summer. I always have problems locking my front door, they have apparently fixed it 6 times. I have been missing a closet door for almost 2 years and have still not recieved it, and I have told them about it. Next to train tracks.
