Oh my God.
Where do I start' First of all, the management just walks into your apartment with no prior notice. I was in the shower one day when they(management) were on their unannounced visit so was not able to get to the door immediately, when I got they had messed with the deadbolt and opened the door.
I was shocked.
They also do not allow the postman to deliver the mails; management claim they are going to employ someone to bring the mails from the post office and this happens every other week. So if you need mails regularly, this is not your place.
Sub-lease, what a desaster. If you ever find yourself having to have to sublease, oh my G. you are in the wrong place. I can not tell you the trouble. All i can say is; this will be the worst decision you can take.
Be careful.

Well, you can take the mail situation up with the postmaster of Bryan. He will not allow the mail to be delivered there because the city considers it a dorm. Trust me, the management has fought this battle. They would prefer to have mail delivered there as well.
