good:
furnished
cable/internet included
nice screened in porch

bad:
not clean when moved in(even though they assured me it would be two week ahead of move in and then the day before i moved in i called again and they promised it was clean) almost every one i talk to says that their apt was very dirty when they moved in
managers make excusses about problems
party place
guest parking is horrible
not enough storage in kitchen
towing strictly inforced
security is not very good
water and electric not included



this place is over priced... you can find a nicer place for so much cheaper
i will not be living here next year

I find it odd that several people have complained that towing is enforced. This is a good thing, people! And, as I have said in other responses/reviews, the visitor parking is on par with other apartment complexes (it is not uncommon to see cars parked near the railroad tracks down the road at Aggie Station).

Actually, I think towing isn't enforced enough. I'd like to see more people towed because that leaves us residents with horrible parking spots while visitors get parking right in front of the building. I rarely see the tow truck here, but I have seen people get towed as well.
