Under the former management RR was a good place, now that James Point has taken over the service has gone to hell. It used to be quick on maintainance and safe, now it's just gone wild.

There is not a new management team. Sandi is no longer there. She quit. The new management is HORRIBLE. They don???t process the work orders in a timely manner. They have poor customer service skills and are rude every time I have a problem. Shannon is the worst about it. She is rude to everyone and has a very negative reputation among the residents. I have never had to complain about so many problems at an apartment complex. When you do complain and ask for help, there is usually no response or it will take weeks. I am a senior and luckily moving out of here soon. If I had another year, I would not renew my lease.

You know, there are a lot of things wrong with this apartment (see my review: "Haven for Loud Freshman Parties and other Unpleasant Things") but I don't ever recall Shannon being rude. In fact, she has always been nice. However, some of the student workers they hire can be really rude and I don't really care much for them.

I don't understand something - if the place has gotten worse, why is "Yes" selected for recommending this place for other victims, er, tenants, to live?
