When i moved here i thought it was going to be nice. I asked to be put in the "quiet" building they kept talking about since i'm an engineering major and i do quite a bit of studying. This turned out to be a complete falsity. Our neighbors are some of the loudest in the complex constantly throwing parties and getting drunk. The drunks also think its fun to put all their empty beer cans in the bed of your truck. Our breezway is constanly littered with trash from the drunks and menus from local resturants which the complex allows to put up. (I think i have 10 menus from the same 3 resturants a piece.) The security is a joke. They have rental cops that sit in the guard shack that occasionally walk around. We however have not been given any way to contact them if theres a problem except to walk up there. The parking is absolutely horrible. If you come home past 10 oclock be prepared to walk. I've had to park on the opposite side of the complex more times than i would like to count. Many times when i've had friends over they have been unable to park due to lack of visitor parking or the residents being lazy and parking in the visitor spots. I constantly hear our up stairs neighbors. I've seen our neighbors be chased into their apartment by cops who had their side arms drawn. Maintenance has always come promptly but somethings have required multiple trips. They are extremely rude and will not even give you a courteous wave when you drive by. The floorplan is nice but still small. The furnishments are nice except the mattresses. Basically Reveille Ranch is a huge party place something i didn't learn until i moved in. If you want a place thats quiet and nice don't even bother coming here.

The electricity is probably one of the few ups to this place. Its nice to not have to worry about a bill you just check the box in your laundry room every once in a while to make sure theres cash in it.

Not in my case. We have a free-rider in my apartment who always "forgets" he has to chip in for his share of electricity. I'd prefer a metered bill.
