I have lived in Revellie Ranch apartments for three years now. This is only because, after much negotiation, we were able to get a cheap rate and it is one of three apartment complexes, in the BCS, that includes furniture. The only nice thing I can say about this apartment is that each room has its own bathroom, oh, and I am leaving in a month.
The noise level gets increasingly worse every year I stay here. For two years now, in two different rooms, I have had someone live above me that likes to drum, have their dog play fetch in the apartment, sing really loudly, play there base on high, and have sex (yes I can hear it all the time).
The management and staff are TERRIBLE!!!! The staff are incredibly rude, never know what you are talking about, and never want to help you. The management has change three times since I have lived here.
The water bill has ALWAYS been messed up. They tell me all the time that it will be fixed, but that was two years ago. The water bill company is in Florida, and they are rude as well.
The electricity box is ok, if you have roommates that agree on a certain way of payment. If not, then you get to have an akward conversation with a roommate you don't know very well.
THE PARKING IS TERRIBLE!!!! THE PARKING IS TERRIBLE!!!! THE PARKING IS TERRIBLE!!!! Don't even bother having friends over past 8pm. Go see them!
The place is party central, so if you want a quiet place to live, IT IS NOT HERE!!

Basically I would not recommend anyone live here unless you want to have a good party. As we speak, I am waiting for the office to open because they have changed their hours AGAIN, and have not let the residents know. They also do not have a working website.

I completely agree with this review. The only thing I would add is that this place isn't really that safe - the police is always here on the weekend and there are too many hit-and-runs (aka. drunk drivers running into parked cars).
