Reveille Ranch is BY FAR the worst place that I have ever lived. When I moved in, the apartment wasn t even clean. The kitchen was absolutely disgusting. The oven, microwave, and refrigerator where filthy. My blinds and all the furniture in my bedroom were covered in sticky dust and the bathroom shower was covered in old soap scum. They didn t even bother to clean before I moved in! There were cigarette butts on the balcony from the people before us and crusted barf molded into the concrete outside our apartment door.

There is a huge bug problem in all the buildings because none of the residents take out their trash. My apartment is now infested with nats and fruit flies due to my neighbor s lack of hygiene and respect. If one person doesn t take out their trash, it causes bugs to swarm every apartment in the building.

The worst thing about Reveille Ranch is the management team. They have done absolutely nothing to help me. Shannon is the worst. She is rude and takes the defensive if you tell her about your apartment problems. She does NOTHING to fix them. Every member of the new management lacks customer service skills. It took me three weeks to get them to power wash the puke off of my doorstep and two weeks of calling EVERY DAY to get them to make my neighbor remove his nat-causing trash. They even lied to me and told me that they took care of the trash problem with my neighbors, but I could still see the trash on my neighbor s balcony! They have been impossible to deal with. FYI the management was Sunridge out of Dallas. The on site only follows what they are told. Get over yourself. You got free rent free btu for the apt not being ready. As everyone else did.

Isn't it interesting how the office staff/management will come to this site and blast people for writing negative reviews instead of reflecting on what is wrong with their apartment complex. Seriously, Reveille Ranch sets the bar high with their advertising and then fails to meet resident expectations. I cannot wait to move out.

This reviewer is absolutely correct! Reveille Ranch did get new management and nothing improved. They still didn't address problems...still didn't clean up the apartment complex...and still were rude...as noted in the above response. They will not be able to rebound from this reputation.

The staff would not have to defend any remarks if the little bottle feeding aggies would learn to read what they sign and stop doing drugs and having parties every night. You can blame the on-site staff, however, they do have a management company that tells them what to do. How can staff members keep up with the property when residents bring in horse killers and do drug deals that get people tied up and shot at and then let alone shoot themselves. You people only put things on here because you get caught screwing up something or you are late on your rent, Maybe TAMU or Blinn should have a class on how to be weaned from your mommy and daddy....

Actually, I dont do drugs or sell them and I never had parties in my apartment. It wasn't a place that I would have wanted to show to my friends. I would rater go party ANYWHERE else. Sounds like the managment is getting pretty defensive agian. Just another example of their dishonesty and their lack of customer service skills. Also, if you hate aggies so much...go work in another town. Aggies and Blinn strudents represent ALL of your business at this complex. Those comments were very disrespectful to all of your residents. I didn't get any free electricity either...so i dont know what that comment was about. Lies again!
