1) parking is a nightmare. Rarely is there ever a spot close to your apartment building. Sometimes you will have to walk half a mile (even at night) to get to your apartment. yet, they won't tow the non-resident that has a front row parking spot to your building! I think for &500 or more you should have an assigned spot!
2) overcharge on utilities. you may pay your bill on time but when the next bill rolls around, they will take your previous bill plus a late fee and add it to your new utilities bill. happened on several occasions. so keep your check stubs for proof (thats for everything)!!
3) the dishwasher leaked.
4) the A/C did not work until one month before we moved out. (can't express how hot that got in the summer.) this was after maintanence had come several times.
5) BTU amounts were crazy. $50-60 would fly by in 7 days (that was without A/C). However, that was not Reveille's issue.
6) bed bugs' the last few weeks i lived there, i would wake up with tons of bug bites. we had the apartment sprayed but it didn't seem to help. i would find larva on the matress but never actually saw the bugs. that was enough to gross me out!
7) the apartment building i lived in had a fence behind it that separated reveille from a wooded area. apparently a lot of people found it easier to throw their trash over the fence than take it to the dumpster so there was terrible smell and always racoons and pests lurking around.
8) the security at the front gate is rediculous. they let anyone and everyone through.
9) my roommates and i had gone home to visit family for spring break. we locked everything up (including our rooms) and turned all of the lights, fans, and small electronics off. when we came back, all of the lights and fans were turned on. our A/C vents were closed off and our outside closet was locked. hmm... we asked the office if they knew how that could have been and they said they did a routine check up! creepy!! they never gave a notice that this was going to happen and were they willing to pay for the electricity from the lights being left on'' no!
- I hate to sound hard to please but for the amount that you pay a month for rent, i think residents should be taken better care of.

They don't really care about residents - the other day I went to the office and they were closed. It said on the door they close at 5PM, and I even called to make sure. I went in at 3:30 PM and they were closed. I had to scramble to find the Shell gas station that services BTU cards. How unprofessional of Reveille Ranch!

How can you walk half a mile from a parking slot to an apartment building when the distance from the front entrance to the furthest building is only 0.21 miles (0.28 miles if you follow the parking area)?
The $50-$60 dollar electric usage is not a BTU problem - the meter only records what is used. Perhaps something isn't cycling on and off as it should (like a water heater) and only staying on instead - that's a Reveille Ranch problem. If the A/C problem was not addressed, it is likely that management wouldn't effectively address anything else either.
