So, I've lived here for two years. The first year in a 4/4 was great, I never really noticed alot of noise and I really had no complaints. Then I moved into a 2/2, with the new management this year and wish I had gone somewhere else. We moved in and nothing was cleaned, had a list of repairs that took us documenting the times and dates that we called for weeks, to get them to finally fix everything.
Also, this year it seems the noise is rediculous!! You hear drunk people at all hours of the night screaming outside. The walls are so thin, I can hear my neighbors having casual conversations, and the same goes for people walking outside. Both years, I've had neighbors who played their music so loud you can feel the bass through the floors. I'm moving in May and CANNOT wait!! If you're a senior at A&M or 21 and up you probably will hate it here! I can't wait to move to a better built apartment with thicker walls, and with people who didn't just get introduced to alcohol.
Oh yeah, and if you have a visitor and they can't find a visitor parking spot(BECAUSE THERE ARE VERY FEW AND MOST ARE INCONVIENTLY LOCATED) don't even think about having them just park, almost guaranteed to get towed.
The office staff is a joke as well, they don't know anything, and lose mail! Somehow I had a box of checks, yes CHECKS, show up 2 mo. after I was supposed to get them. A resident had found them across the complex in a box opened and torn up. Now how did checks that got delivered to the office wind up outside and no where close to where I live''' 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
