fun but not worh it

I have lived here for the past year ...Rev Ranch is a fun place to live for students i know ALOT of tenants here and we have pool partys every thursday which are bad ass... BUT I have had my truck broken into and a girl in my building had her apt broken into (WHILE SHE WAS THERE!!) and i've heard of ppls tires getting slashed.... its loud i can always hear someones base beating but im sure i put my fair share of noise in.
