Ive lived here for 3 years an I absolutely love it. The rooms are already furnished so you dont have to worry about buying furniture and storage at the end of your term. I would highly recomend this place to many other people. The only downside is parking, but really anywhere in College Station it is a big problem. If you have friends come over, make sure they park in the visitors spot. I pay for rent and my parking spot. They will tow if you do not have a tag on.
