Upon move-out, our boys were taken advantage of by both the Reveille Ranch management AND the corporate office.

I would like to note that I personally helped these boys move in AND move out. Also, I had to call several times throughout the year for any action to be take on BASIC services that were to be handled within the apartment complex.

Examples:

1) 3 week delay to fix a doorbell that wasn't working properly.
2) 5 week delay to fix conventional oven that wasn't working upon move-in.
3) 6 week delay for leaking showerhead.

The last straw was when they were nickel-and-dimed at move-out. Despite only having a few feet of floor space showing within the room, the management charged the boys for the replacement of the carpet in the ENTIRE apartment. More than likely this was an inexpensive way on their behalf to change the out-dated carpet that didn't match the burnt-orange/white floor tiles. Also, pictures were hung on the walls required small hanging nails, but the boys were charged for re-painting the ENTIRE apartment.

In total it was in excess of $1900 that were charged to these young men.

I have had an older son in College Station for 4.5 years now, and have NEVER seen anything like it. I recommend taking a look at the many other complexes around B/CS for your living arrangements.
