Like the other reviews I have read for this place I must agree. The buildings are very poor. They were quickly built, and quite frankly the one I live in looks like its gonna tumble every time I look at the support beams on the walkways. The insulation, if there even is any, is very poor. My electric bill stayed high though summer and winter, because all the warm, cold air would leak out making the heater/ac stay on constantly.

The noise level is ridiculous. Everytime one of my neighbors flushes the toilet, runs that water for anything, washer, dishwasher, sink, shower etc.. you can hear it. Very annoying, especially at 3:00 in the morning. when my upstairs neighbors walk around, it sounds like they literally drop bowling balls on the floor. People walking down the walkway make it sound like a freight train coming.

On to maintanence. Maintanence, was very, very poor, when I first moved in. It took 9 days to fix my fridge, when I first moved in. washer/dryer ok no big deal. Microwave, no prob, i got a stove. But having to eat out everynight, because you cant keep food at home, becomes very expensive. They didn't replace the carpet in my unit before we moved in either. It was terrible. There was a big black stain about 2 feet in diameter right in front of the entry door. It was a real turn-off for guests coming over. Several tears and rips where the animal who left the stain, had chewed, and ripped the carpet up. Although those two were very unsatisfactory, I have to say that the maintanence did become better, but it was probably outta fear for losing his job. I doubt that last part though, because the manager, and the maintanence man make quite a couple.

I can't say to much about the management. I've just tried to stay outta the way of all that. There really is just to many complaints to list about this place. There are really no good sides about it either. Yeah you get a membership to Aerofit, but all the snobs in that place make it not worth it. My advice to you, If you wanna over pay and be underserviced, then yeah this place will work for you. But If you hate throwing your hard earned money away, and I know I sure do, then find somewhere else
