With all these bad reviews I have to say it seems suspicious to me that these people don't leave their name if their complaints are legitimate.
Since living at Royal Oaks Gardens from May of 2001 to now, I have enjoyed my morning walks with my dogs. The birds are up singing and even squirrels show up once in a while. There has been new management for the past year and a half which has made it so much better getting anything fixed. The maintenance guy, Travis, is friendly and very helpful and if he doesn't know how to repair it the manager, Adam, is the expertise and gets it fixed. All the office personnel are friendly and helpful. They know their job and the apartment complex.
I recommend you to try out Royal Oaks.
