The staff was a huge pain to deal with. They never really seemed interested in doing their job. Maintence was hit or miss. Sometimes they got things fixed on the first try. But when the washer (that came with the apartment) broke it took over a month for them to just temperarily fix the problem. The building itself was not built well at all. The walls are paper thin and the floors are worse! I felt that anyday might be the day I fall through the floor. They creak quite loudly and every step you heard something shake. I couldn't move out of there fast enough when my lease was up.
