Nice area, but poorly built apartments.

Absolutely no insulation in the walls. Not only can you hear your neighbor's every move, but come summer time your apartment is constantly 80 degrees. It is impossible to get it cooled off because the AC units are insufficient. After 5 phone calls complaining that my AC doesn't work, no one has showed up to fix it even though I was promised it would be done by the end of the day.. that was 2 weeks ago.

There is a serious rodent problem.. various sorts of critters live in the attic above the 3rd floor. One of these days one of them will die up there and stink the place up and I honestly doubt anything will be done about it.

High increases in rent, yet no improvements to the property or ammenities.

Maintenance man is nice and knows what he is doing, but he is EXTREMELY overworked. So many problems wrong with this place and yet there's only 1 maintenance person. The office staff is unresponsive and half the time don't know anything.

I regret renewing my lease... 11 more months of this dump.
